Complete Brand Identity Design & Web Development

Cedar and Sage is a new wellness centre that opened up in beautiful Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. As a new business, owners Deanna and Jessica had no collateral to show their amazing space and services. With a fresh slate, all parties were eager to get started creating a brand identity that spoke to Cedar and Sage’s personality and core demographic, as well as web development for their Squarespace site.

Through multiple strategy sessions and creative collaboration, I was able to determine what the owners wanted to impart in their brand’s messaging: a welcoming, premium-feeling wellness centre that provided top of the line services such as registered massage, float therapy, and yoga to both local residents, as well as the high influx of tourist population that flowed through Collingwood each season.

I developed a clean, minimalistic design aesthetic that appealed to their main demographic: middle to upper class men and women who were looking for more in their wellness routine than what was previous offered in the town. I leveraged the message on their unique services (hot yoga, and float therapy) to differentiate them from the hoards of other massage clinics and yoga studios in the region. In the end, I was able to develop a complete brand identity through physical and digital collateral, including social media and web development presence that will keep Cedar and Sage’s customers returning for years to come.
