Swwift is a digital payment solution. It uses pre-existing mobile providers to allow payment of goods/services which will then be billed directly to the user’s mobile phone bill. Swwift provides an innovative solution to pragmatic customers, helping them to be more efficient and productive. This was a completely new project, and Anchorpoint was there from the beginning – developing everything from brand design, overall look and feel, as well as UX/UI elements for the mobile app.
This was an intensive project right from the start, developing everything from the ground up.
First we met to conduct our facilitated discovery sessions, where we looked at our brand attributes, core values, mission statement, and user profiles. Because this app was going to be targeted at both the merchant service providers as well as the end-user consumer, multiple personas had to be developed. Strategy played a key role in the design, making sure we targeted both groups effectively.
Next, I provided 3 brandscape designs (shown below), that would provide visual inspiration to the client and give them an idea as to what the brand would look like in various aesthetics. Once a design direction was chosen, I got to work further developing and fleshing out the logo design, providing everything for digital and print implementation, including social media collateral. A full brand usage guidelines, as well as a Pitch Deck Powerpoint template were also developed.
Finally, the app itself was designed. I used Figma to develop various UX/UI prototypes for the payment app itself, which could then be exported for the developer to use.
